Today, we are taking you behind the scenes of our cGMP-compliant lyophilization (freeze-drying) facility to show you how we ensure every vial meets the gold standard of 99%+ purity.

  1. The Foundation: An ISO-Certified Cleanroom Environment
Peptides are incredibly sensitive to biological contaminants. To prevent any interference with your research, our production takes place in a Class 10,000 (ISO 7) cleanroom.
Filtered Air: High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters ensure that the air is 99.97% free of dust and airborne microbes.
Sterile Protocols: Our technicians adhere to rigorous gowning procedures, including sterile suits, masks, and gloves, ensuring that the human element never compromises the product's integrity.

  1. Precision Aliquoting & Sterile Filtration
Before the peptides are freeze-dried, they exist in a liquid state.
Nano-Filtration: Every solution passes through a 0.22μm sterile membrane filter to remove any potential microbial life.
Automated Dosing: We use high-precision automated filling systems to ensure that each vial (3ml or 10ml) contains the exact milligram dosage specified—whether it’s 10mg, 30mg, or 60mg.

  1. The Heart of the Process: Industrial Lyophilization
The liquid peptide is then placed into our industrial-grade lyophilizers. This is where the "magic" happens.
Sublimation Technology: By lowering the temperature to -80°C and creating a deep vacuum, we turn the frozen water directly into vapor (sublimation).

Flip-Off Caps: Finally, color-coded aluminum-plastic flip-off caps are crimped on to provide a tamper-evident, airtight seal.
